Hi! I'm Molly, a major account executive at Anaplan.
How would you describe Anaplan’s Winning Culture?
We like to win! It goes beyond personal success; at Anaplan, winning means coming together to achieve ambitious goals for our teams and help our customers succeed. It’s a really cool time to be here at Anaplan. We’re breaking glass in the scenario planning and analysis space as well as within our own company.

How do you connect and share ideas with your colleagues at Anaplan?
Working out of our New York City office provides incredible opportunities for impactful collaboration. Whether over lunch or at our desks, we’re always sharing insights across different business units about our wins, the competitor market, and the customer strategies that drive success. This constant exchange of diverse thoughts and ideas helps us stay agile and fuels innovation. And we have fun too! My mix of life on the road and time in the office gives me a great blend of time to enjoy the Anaplan team’s events and my customers’ events as well.
When do Anaplan’s values come to life for you?
At Anaplan, collaboration is one of the core values that contributes to our team’s overall success. Our leadership respects diversity of thought and ideas and celebrates our different backgrounds and experiences, which creates a sense of belonging for all.
For example, our Quarterly Business Reviews are very engaging because everyone is dialed in and ready to problem solve together — regardless of location or function. Every day, each one of us acts as leaders and holds ourselves accountable, which led our team to contribute the highest net new annual contract value in the Go-To-Market organization!

I love working for Anaplan because of our commitment to our customers’ success. We talk about insights, not just data, and how to apply those insights to drive value and real business outcomes. Because of this, the conversations we are having with our customers have a high impact and are fun to brainstorm.

Don’t be afraid to lean in quickly and ask for help. Onboarding into a new company may feel overwhelming, but you can always count on your manager and colleagues to help navigate the learning curve and thrive at Anaplan.
