That learning spirit shines each quarter when Anaplan people managers from across the globe come together for an immersive training event that leverages their unique management styles and helps drive team performance.
“We are deeply invested in the development of our people so they can learn, grow, and prosper,” says Kim Austin, senior director of employee experience, who leads Anaplan Management Program (AMP) Live sessions. “AMP equips managers to lead confidently, shape employee engagement, and drive both individual and team performance.”
For two full days, AMP participants block their calendars and silence Slack to dive deep into core management skills, receiving feedback and coaching practice from peers across disciplines and regions.
“The facilitators bring enormous credibility, the content is highly engaging, and we all have a voice,” says Melissa Zerbinopoulos, solution consulting manager. “I continually reference AMP training materials and refine my coaching habits.”
